SCUTTELLARIA INDICA JAPONICA - A perennial in zones 7-11. A dwarf habit with creeping ascending stems and tightly layered round hairy heaves making a dense mat 3-6" tall, spreading slowly. Likes sun to light shade. Lavender purple hooded flowers resemble snapdragons in July to September on 1-2"" spikes. Great for rock gardens, neat and dainty. Great for the edge of borders.
