FICUS CARICA CHICAGO HARDY - Said to be the most cold hardy fig in zones 7-10. May burn to ground in zone 6 but root survives. Grows 8-10' tall and 6-8' wide at maturity. Large leathery deeply lobed bright green leaves. Fruit is purple brown, sweet tasting, flesh is strawberry color. This variety is self fertile. We grow and ship in 4 1/2" pots. (quart)
