It is best to purchase a heat pack for winter shipping if you live in a northern cold region. One heat pack is sufficient for 1 to 6 plants. If your order is larger than six, you will probably need two heat packs. This will enable us to ship your plants in a timely manner. If the weather is extremely frigid, we monitor your night temps and wait for a warming trend. - Reviews
